But, I wonder how to use them
Should I combine them with .dll file of Foxit Reader?
but is it possible to release the svg-files (if you created them in inkscape) to make larger sizes of these icons?

You are right, I made these icons with inkscape. The re-making of these is on my schedule, and .svg will be released. I will drop you a line.
however i am not able to use them on the latest build of foxit. i change de filetype icon, but after a few minutes it reverts to the program default.
it's a bug on their part. i reported it on their forums, and hopefully they'll fix it in their next release.
but great job. i'l no doubt use them when i will be able to.
